Wired interviewed me regarding the recent controversy on Digg.

I just wanted to re-iterate the most important point I can think to make on this topic: keep your eye on the ball. The ball, in this case, being the content.

Don’t bury submissions based on who submitted them. You aren’t solving anything by doing that. If you suspect that a user is breaking Digg’s Terms of Use, you should send an email to abuse@digg.com with details. They are equipped to resolve those issues. Digg and bury submissions based on their merits.
