Sarah Palin’s Inauguration Speech

There is no need to wait until Tuesday to hear an inauguration speech. You can generate one yourself, mad libs-style, using the Inauguration Speech Generator.

Here’s an example of what Obama’s inauguration speech would sound like if he were Sarah Palin:

My fellow Americans, today is a mavericky day. You have shown the world that “hope” is not just another word for “maverick”, and that “change” is not only something we can believe in again, but something we can actually reform.

Today we celebrate, but let there be no mistake – America faces mavelicious and maveritacular challenges like never before. Our economy is maverickesque. Americans can barely afford their mortgages, let alone have enough money left over for mavericks. Our healthcare system is maverickumy. If your maverick-hole is sick and you don’t have insurance, you might as well call a plumber. And America’s image overseas is tarnished like a maverick maverick. But mavericking together we can right this ship, and set a course for Maverickburg.

Finally, I must thank my maverickilly family, my a la maverick campaign volunteers, but most of all, I want to thank Joe the Plumber for making this historic occasion possible. Of course, I must also thank you, President Bush, for years of mavericking the American people. Without your racist efforts, none of this would have been possible.
